You can filter listings by location, language, and specific areas of expertise. The inclusion of any attorney in this Directory does not constitute a referral, endorsement, or guarantee of their services. The content herein is not legal advice.

2. User & Attorney Responsibilities

For Users

You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting an attorney. We strongly advise you to independently verify the qualifications, credentials, and standing of any attorney you consider hiring. This includes checking with the relevant state bar association.

For Attorneys

Attorneys listed in the Directory agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information on their profiles. You must comply with all applicable state bar rules and professional codes of conduct in your jurisdiction.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Using the Directory, viewing a profile, or contacting an attorney through our platform does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and EB5Visa.io, nor does it create one between you and the listed attorney. An attorney-client relationship can only be formed through a direct, formal engagement agreement between you and the attorney.

4. Privacy & Intellectual Property

6. Changes & Enforcement

EB5Visa.io reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access to the Directory for any user or attorney who violates these terms, at our sole discretion. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
